In general, the best time to visit Israel is during the spring (March to May) or the autumn (September to November), when the temperatures are mild and the weather is generally pleasant. However, if you’re looking to hit the beach, the summer months (June to August) are the best time to go.

In the hills and mountains, the summer is more calm and less humid. Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Tiberias are very humid in the summer season, especially in the months of July and August. Jerusalem and Eilat there is no humidity, which makes it a little more convenient to travel and explore the cities.
The winter in Israel is not too serious, with 17-22 c temperatures in Tel Aviv. It rains from time to time, but sunny days are not a rare thing in Israeli winter. Jerusalem can get quite cold during the winter and usually gets a day or two of snowfall every year; turning it into a beautiful picture postcard.
The best months to travel to Israel are May and October. All of the tourist sites are less busy, and the weather is great – it’s not too hot and not too cold. One of the best destinations in both winter and summer is Eilat. It’s never too cold in the winter and in the summer the heat is tolerated due to the fact that there is no humidity.
